When attaching the tension spring,
which can not be produced from the
CNC machine at the Second Former,
it is possible to produce variery of tension springs.

Second Former is installed inside of the
Servo motor and its operation same as the CNC machine.

When the Second Former is not in use,
the user can separate it completely.
Hence, it would not have any effect on
the production of other products.
(Spinner Quill Rotating axis is an option)

Spinner makes the tool rotate to bend the wire, This CNC machine can improve the quality of finished spring by avoiding the split of shearing of raw material during the spring process.
